*Product Description:
The GC-7890 gas chromatograph (touch screen) adopts reverse control EPC electronic gas path control and high-precision temperature control, combined with optimized column temperature box and sampler design, providing an excellent chromatographic separation system.
The GC-7890 reverse control EPC automated gas chromatograph adopts an imported 7-inch color touch screen for setting and display, with a friendly interface and simple operation. All controlled and managed by microcomputers, with high reliability design, reflecting excellent quality performance and improving analysis efficiency.
New EPC electronic pneumatic control, high-precision valve control electronic pressure display (choose one)
The integrated EPC module of GC-7890 ensures precise and stable control of flow and pressure, and digitally controls the gas path parameters of the sampler and detector, ensuring consistency and reproducibility of analysis results.
According to different customer needs, 1-5 EPC modules can be installed simultaneously to achieve EPC control for 3-15 channels.
The accuracy of the carrier gas flow rate is ± 5%, the repeatability of the flow rate is ± 0.35%, and the flow range is 200ml/min. And it has standardized atmospheric pressure and temperature compensation, program pressure and flow program functions.
The new EPC electronic pneumatic control technology provides a guarantee for achieving excellent retention time repeatability accuracy.
High precision valve control regulation, real-time electronic digital pressure display on the chromatography host monitor and computer reverse control software ensure the accuracy of regulation and achieve instrument repeatability.
Various high-performance injection ports
GC-7890 offers multiple injection port options, including split/non split capillary injection ports and packed column injection ports, to optimize chromatographic separation.
Can install two split/non split injection ports, or one split/non split injection port and one large volume injection port, or one capillary injection port and one packed column injection port, all controlled by EPC.
Split/non split injection port, with smaller dead volume and higher repeatability, can choose up to more than ten universal glass liner tubes.
Optional automatic liquid samplers with different numbers of digits, including headspace automatic samplers and thermal desorption instruments, are easy to operate and have high stability.
Precision temperature control, high-performance column box with excellent temperature performance
The column temperature performance of GC-7890 is stable. Equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, it can meet the requirements of fast and accurate constant temperature and programmed temperature control.
A large capacity column box is equipped with a capillary chromatography column. In special cases, two capillary columns can be installed simultaneously, or two packed columns and one capillary column can be installed.
The temperature control dynamic range is from ambient temperature+4 ℃ to 420 ℃, and the temperature stability can reach ± 0.02 ℃. Support 20 step column box heating gradient, which can be freely increased through software settings.

Eight way temperature control, any one of which will automatically cut off the power supply and stop heating and sound an alarm if it exceeds the temperature limit

Wide adaptability GC workstation software (built-in host)
High performance, independently developed GC software that can achieve bidirectional control and data processing of GC-7890, making operation more user-friendly and convenient.
A fully Chinese workstation software that adopts task and method modes, providing flexible and versatile combinations suitable for various workflows and applications.
Optional high sensitivity series amplifier
All amplification controllers of GC-7890 adopt reverse control data, and all parameters are set and modified by computer, truly achieving full reverse control.
The FID amplifier adopts logarithmic amplifier, which improves the sensitivity and reproducibility of FID.
TCD constant current control board adopts constant current control mode, with a current of up to 220mA, which improves sensitivity and stability.
High sensitivity detector series
All detectors of GC-7890 are fully controlled by EPC, with FID and FPD automatic ignition, fire extinguishing prompt, and automatic fire extinguishing key functions. The air flow rate is 0-800ml/min, hydrogen flow rate is 0-100ml/min, and tail air flow rate is 0-100ml/min. Meanwhile, advanced detector control circuits can achieve full range digital data output.
GC-7890 not only comes with five optional detectors such as FID, TCD, FPD, ECD, NPD, etc., but can also be connected to a mass spectrometer detector. Suitable for the analysis and testing needs of various types of samples.
Reserved MS connection interface, which can be upgraded to GC-MS system.
