Application scope:

The Brinell hardness adopts a large testing force and a large indentation diameter, making it suitable for hardness testing of large grain metal materials, such as cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, various annealed and quenched steel, especially for softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, tin, etc.
This machine adopts a closed-loop sensor loading and electronic control system, with a testing force of 10 levels. This machine has the characteristics of high accuracy, high repeatability, stability, and easy operation. The loading time has doubled compared to the past (within 8 seconds), greatly shortening the operation process. Input d1d2 on the screen to obtain the hardness value.
