Instrument Description:
This test instrument is mainly used for electronic and electrical components or parts that may reach excessively high temperatures or ignite nearby parts under fault or overload conditions. The glow wire test simulates the thermal stress caused by heat sources or ignition sources such as glow components or overloaded resistors in a short period of time. The simulation technology is used to assess the fire hazard, and is suitable for electrical and electronic products, components Plastic and non-metallic insulation materials used in household electrical components, such as switch housings, relay sockets, etc.
Product specifications:

9. Timer: Adjustable within the range of 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds, with an accuracy of ± 1 second. The ignition time (Ta) can be set, and the ignition duration (Ti) and flame extinction time (Te) can be recorded
10. Product features: The control system of this tester is automated. After startup, the small car that clamps the sample will automatically run the sample to the hot wire. After reaching the set hot wire time, it will automatically return. The internal background is black, with ventilation and lighting devices, and time and temperature digital display for easy observation and recording.
