1. Instrument description:
The touch screen computer type rotorless vulcanizer is controlled by an embedded system, which includes: host, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors and electrical interlocks. Among them, the temperature measurement and temperature control circuit is composed of a temperature controller, platinum resistance, and heater. It is a temperature measurement system with platinum resistance temperature sensor. The temperature conversion relationship is based on the PT-TYPE conversion function of the IEC751 international standard. It can automatically track the changes of the power grid and the ambient temperature, and automatically correct the PID parameters to achieve the purpose of fast and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system and the electromechanical chain complete the automatic detection of the torque signal in the rubber vulcanization process, and the automatic real-time display of the temperature and the set value.
