3、 Instrument features:
1. Adopting a microcomputer automatic control system, the experimental process is fully automated, and the entire program automatically collects, processes, and analyzes experimental data without the need for manual calculation; Fully automatic speed regulation, upon completion of the test, the test results will be automatically displayed; Easy to operate and accurate data.  
2. Controlled by a microcomputer (i.e. microcontroller).  
3. The device adopts a new structural principle, which is servo motor variable speed control. The loading process is controlled by a microcontroller, and the loading speed can achieve stepless speed regulation. (Avoiding some manufacturers from using ordinary motors to achieve constant speed control that does not comply with national standards)
4. The force measuring element adopts high-precision specialized tension and pressure digital sensors imported from Germany, with an accuracy of 0.5%. A set of sensors can automatically complete the experiment without disassembling the force sensor, making the operation more convenient and intelligent.  
During the experiment, the instrument displays real-time speed, real-time test status, and real-time test force values.
6. The instrument can display the test time, automatically lock the maximum force value, automatically calculate the elongation of the wearing device strength, and measure the deformation value of the stiffness performance test. And it can directly print the test report.
7. Stiffness performance testing automatically calculates deformation based on pulse signals.
The loading rate and force values during the experiment fully meet the requirements of 5.6.1 and 5.8.2 in GB811-2010 standard.
