The main function of the rain test chamber is to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use in rainy weather environments. This equipment is mainly used for testing the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under simulated rainy weather conditions. After testing, the performance of the product is judged to meet the requirements through calibration, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, calibration, and factory inspection of the product.

1. Model structure: Box type structure with built-in water tank. Circulating water (energy-saving and environmentally friendly), no need to build waterproof rooms again.
2. The bottom of the equipment chassis adopts casters with adjustable foot cups, which are convenient for moving and adjusting the machine level.
3. There is a water tank installed inside the chassis, which is equipped with a water level float ball valve to automatically control the water inlet and has a low water level alarm detection, effectively preventing the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage.
4. Touch screen control+PLC;
According to user needs, experiments can be conducted by setting test time, rain angle, pipe swing speed, turntable speed, etc.
5. Control functions: manually adjustable flow and pressure of the swing pipe, rain action control of the swing pipe, movement control of the loading platform, and test time control;
