1. Purpose:
This machine is suitable for testing the wear resistance (sample damage, quality loss, appearance changes) and pilling performance of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, plush fabrics with a height of less than 2mm, non-woven fabrics, and coated fabrics (i.e. fabrics made of woven or knitted fabrics as the base fabric, with the coating part forming a continuous film on the fabric surface).
2. Principle:
Under the specified pressure, the circular sample is rubbed against the same fabric or wool abrasive fabric in a Lissajous pattern for a certain number of times, and then the wear resistance and pilling performance of the sample are checked.

This tester is made according to the requirements of ISO 12947-1~3, ISO 12945-2, GB/T 21196.1-4, GB/T 4802.2, ASTM D4966 and other standards.
