The rapid moisture analyzer is equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor and an efficient secondary thermal radiation device on the basis of an electronic balance, achieving fast and accurate moisture measurement.
Based on the principle of thermodynamics, the percentage content of moisture and other results are obtained by comparing the weight of a substance after drying to its wet weight.
Widely used in industries such as enterprises, agriculture and forestry, and scientific research institutions. Can test the free water content in samples such as tobacco, papermaking, food, tea, beverages, grains, chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, textile raw materials, etc.
Due to the use of highly sensitive sensors, only a few grams of sample mass are required for testing, which shortens the testing time.
Designed as a secondary radiation heating source using a 500W halogen lamp, the sample temperature reaches 200 ℃ within 3 minutes.
There are three measurement methods available:
Automatic mode - When the rate of change in moisture per unit time is less than the pre-set limit value, the measurement will automatically stop and the measurement result will be obtained
Timed mode - complete sample drying within a predetermined time and obtain measurement results
Manual mode - measurement can be terminated and results obtained through button operation
Equipped with a standard RS232 serial interface, it can be connected to a printer or computer
