1、 Usage:
Test the compression permanent deformation performance of vulcanized rubber and foam materials at room temperature, high temperature, and low temperature, at the specified compression rate, after a certain compression time, to detect the compression permanent deformation performance of rubber at low temperature. Can be used for experimentation by research institutes, factories, schools, and research institutions.
2、 Principle:
At the standard test temperature, the specimen with a known height is compressed to the specified height as required. At the specified low temperature test temperature, it is compressed for a certain period of time. Then, at the same low temperature state, the compression is removed, and the specimen is restored in a free state. At low temperature state, the height of the specimen is measured at regular intervals to obtain a logarithmic curve graph of the specimen height and time, in order to evaluate the compression permanent deformation of the specimen.
