Equipment usage:

The open mixer is an open plastic material intermittent mixing equipment composed of two parallel arranged rollers with adjustable gap between the rollers. Its main function is to mix and plasticize the evenly mixed raw materials, providing a uniformly mixed and plasticized molten material for the rolling machine. During the rubber refining process, the opening mill mainly relies on the squeezing and shearing effects of two relatively rotating drums on the rubber material. After multiple kneading and mixing, chemical reactions will also accompany the mixing process, breaking the macromolecular chains inside the rubber, making various components inside the rubber material evenly mixed and dispersed, ultimately achieving the purpose of rubber refining.
