The xenon lamp test chamber uses xenon arc lamps that can simulate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light waves existing in different environments, which can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control. Xenon lamp test chamber can be used for the selection of new materials, improvement of existing materials or evaluation of durability changes after material composition changes. 1. Product function:

 The service life of xenon arc lamp depends on the level of radiation illumination used. Generally, the service life of xenon arc lamp is 1600 hours. The lamp tube replacement is convenient and fast, and the long-acting filter provides guarantee for maintaining the required spectrum.

4. Structural part of the box:

The xenon lamp climate test chamber is composed of the following parts: test chamber body, control system, refrigeration/dehumidification system, heating system, humidification system, air duct system, rain system, lighting system, etc.

Test box:

 The test box adopts an integrated structure. The upper left part of the box is the working room, the upper right part is the electrical control room, and the lower part is the compressor refrigeration unit. The sample frame mechanical speed device, xenon lamp condensate tank, water pump and other executive devices. The electrical control cabinet is placed on the right side of the test box for easy operation.

 The inner wall of the test chamber is made of international general SUS304 # stainless steel plate.

 The thermal insulation material of the box is polyurethane foam plus ultra-fine glass fiber, with good thermal insulation effect. The outer surface of the test box is free from frost and condensation.

 Condensate drain is set at the bottom of the box

 The door frame adopts environment-friendly silicone rubber sealing strip that can withstand high and low temperature for a long time.

 The front of the box is equipped with a glass observation window, and the window is pasted with a film to protect the eyes, so as to prevent xenon light rays from damaging the eyes.

Outer box:

 The outer box is processed and formed by CNC machine tool, the shell of the box is processed and formed by high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed after acid pickling and phosphating treatment;

Door and door buckle:

 The box door is sealed with double-layer refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening under high and low temperature conditions, and the sealing is more reliable;

 The test box is a single door opening (embedded door handle), with non-reaction handle;

 The box door is equipped with observation window, anti-frost device and switchable lighting;

Observation window:

 Size: 25 cm W × 30 cm H;

5. Electric control part of the test chamber:

 This part is the core part of the test box;

 The main switch of the power supply is an air pressure switch, which controls the whole circuit part;

 Safety protection measures for electric control part: when the control system detects the action of the following protection devices (single row), it shall be able to automatically cut off the whole system and give an alarm prompt;

Overtemperature protection of the working room;

Phase loss and leakage protection of power supply;

Blower motor overcurrent protection;

Refrigerator overpressure/overload protection;

Heater and humidifier short circuit/overload protection;

Fuse blowing protection;

6. Working part of the test chamber:

Compressor condensing part:

 Refrigeration system: The core of the refrigeration system is the compressor. In this scheme, we use a French Taikang fully closed compressor to ensure the cooling requirements of the studio.

 The design of the refrigeration system applies energy regulation technology. An effective treatment method can not only ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, but also regulate the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, so that the operating cost and failure rate of the refrigeration system can be reduced to a more economical state.

 Refrigeration evaporator: the evaporator is located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test box, and is forced ventilated by the blower motor for rapid heat exchange.

 Cooling mode of refrigeration system: forced air cooling;

Heating part:

 Heating party: direct heating in the test chamber;

 The military-grade stainless steel finned heating tube is adopted, and the heating rate is stable, which can keep the temperature in the box from changing sharply. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, no leakage, easy installation, etc;

1、 SSR (solid state relay) output control is adopted, which has the advantages of noiseless, reliable operation, long service life, strong anti-interference ability, fast switching speed, small external interference and convenient use;

Raining system:

 The rain system is mainly composed of nozzle, solenoid valve, water supply source and connecting hose, etc

Lighting system:

 The lighting system is mainly composed of xenon lamp tube, lampshade, xenon lamp trigger and various control devices. The xenon lamp energy compensation is achieved by adjusting the distance of the sample holder and the voltage and current.

Air duct system:

 The air duct system is located in the interlayer at the back of the test box, and the heater, fan blade, evaporator, PT100 temperature sampling sensor and other devices are distributed in it. When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the upper part, and the heat generated by the heater and the cold quantity generated by the evaporator are fully mixed in the air duct and blown out from the lower part. The air after heat exchange with the test object in the working chamber is then sucked into the air duct for mixing; Repeat the cycle to meet the target temperature requirements, and ensure that the high temperature and humidity indicators are obtained in the test chamber.

Refrigeration/dehumidification system:

 Select the world famous French "Taikang" fully enclosed industrial refrigeration compressor. It is mainly used to cool xenon lamp tubes, maintain the temperature in the working room and reduce the humidity in the working room

Humidification part:

 Steam generator: vaporize water to produce steam required by equipment.

 Water level control: the solenoid valve controls the water inlet, and the liquid level switch controls the water level, providing signals for controlling the water filling and alarm of the humidifier.

Gas circulation part:

 Built-in circulating air duct and ventilator, efficient refrigerator and energy regulation system are used, and effective heat exchange is achieved through efficient ventilator to achieve the purpose of temperature change. By improving the air blast flow, the air flow and the heat exchange capacity of heating and humidification and air surface cooler are improved, and the temperature and humidity uniformity of the test chamber is greatly improved through the adjustment of adjustable air plug at the air outlet;
