ZY-BGD500 Digital Display Pull off Adhesion Tester is an intelligent adhesion tester newly developed by our company. It uses hydraulic pressure to pull off the coating of a specific area. The pull off force can be accurately displayed through the digital display, and there are two different units of MPa and psi. This instrument is the first in China, with the following characteristics: simple operation, accurate data, low maintenance cost and supporting consumables:

◆ Portable design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, no external power supply, suitable for on-site and laboratory use

◆ USB interface is standard configuration. The instrument is similar to a USB flash disk after being connected with a computer. It can directly copy the stored experimental data without installing any software. It is simple and convenient to use;

◆ Comply with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards

◆ The machine is equipped with a built-in real-time clock, and all saved data have corresponding experimental date and time; It is convenient for users to summarize and manage the experimental data;

◆ 10, 14, 20 and 50 mm pull off spindles expand the function and resolution of the instrument for products with different adhesive strengths

◆ Each instrument shall be calibrated by a traceable pressure sensor before leaving the factory, with an accuracy of ± 1% of the full scale and a calibration certificate attached

◆ Internal storage of pull off data, including maximum pull off force, pull off rate, test time and size of pull off spindle

◆ Pull out rate display, which makes it easier for operators to observe and adjust the pull out rate, and conforms to international standard test methods

◆ Just press the key to select the size of the pulling unit, change the measurement unit or store the reading

◆ Without conversion table, the instrument automatically calculates the pulling force according to the size of the pulling unit

◆ Cheap, disposable pull off unit, no need to clean and reuse, can be kept as a long-term record

◆ Aluminum automatic centering and pulling unit ensures accurate measurement on smooth or uneven surfaces
