The operation steps of the tester, such as instrumentation, pressurization, and depressurization, are automatically completed by the automatic control system in the machine, which realizes automatic judgment of rupture, automatic depressurization, and memory test results. The test results are not affected by external human factors. Compared with the manual rupture machine, this testing machine has the advantages of accurate test results and simple operation. The pressure value is collected by the microcomputer in the testing machine, and its calculation speed is high. When the test sample is broken, the result is automatically retained. The maximum rupture strength value is displayed by the instrument and can be printed out by a micro printer. The resolution is 100 times higher than that of the needle type.
