1. Purpose:
This torsion testing machine is suitable for the torsion endurance life test of electronic products such as mobile phones, tablet computers, IPADs, etc. After the mobile phone is fixed on the fixture, the torque and angle of rotation can be set, and then the torsion resistance of the mobile phone can be tested repeatedly. It can be twisted clockwise and counterclockwise to test the anti-distortion performance of the mobile phone shell and internal structure.
2. Principle:
This instrument simulates the twisted action of the mobile phone during user use for testing. One end of the mobile phone is fixed in the twisting jig in the longitudinal direction, and the other end is floating in the fixed jig→Turn on the testing machine, set the torque value→The motor drives the twisting jig to rotate forward and backward, and the touch screen displays the forward and reverse rotation torque value in real time.
