Ii. Principle:
The operation of constant humidity machine system is through three mutual system circulation: refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system, electrical automatic control system;
Refrigerant cycle system: liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat air (air cooling and dehumidification) and begins to evaporate, zui eventually formed certain temperature difference between refrigerant and air, liquid refrigerant also completely evaporate into gas, compressor suction and after compression (pressure and temperature increase), gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air/water), condenses into a liquid.After throttling through expansion valve (or capillary), it turns into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle.
Air ring system: the fan is responsible for inhaling air from the return air inlet. After passing through the evaporator (cooling, dehumidifying), humidifier and electric heater (heating), the air is sent to the space required by the user through the air outlet. The air sent out is mixed with air in the space and then returns to the return air outlet.
Automatic control system for electrical appliances: including power supply and automatic control.
The power supply is provided through the contactor for compressor, fan, electric feeder, humidifier, etc.Automatic control is divided into temperature, humidity control and fault protection;Temperature and humidity control is to compare the temperature and humidity of the return air with the temperature and humidity set by the user through the temperature and humidity controller, and automatically run the compressor (cooling, dehumidifier), humidifier, electric heating (heating) and other components to achieve automatic control of constant temperature and humidity;Fault protection control is achieved through the combination of pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, etc., to control the fault protection of compressor, fan, humidifier and other components.
