I. purpose:
The machine adopts high precision sensor induction, the ring compression strength, vertical compression strength, bonding strength and flat compression strength of test paper and paperboard can also test tensile strength and directly display the test value.
Ii. Principle
This machine is an electronic display ring pressure testing machine, which USES the motor drive screw to make the fixture move. The test fixture of the sample is placed between the upper and lower fixtures, and the specified speed is applied. When the upper fixture compresses the sample downward, the load element at the upper end of the upper fixture feels the pressure.In the tensile test, the upper fixture moves up and the lower fixture moves down. Similarly, the fixture feels the pressure and converts the force into a voltage signal to the display. As a result, the LOAD CELL force sensor is connected with the display to automatically display the value of the force.
